Multivitamin Question

Multivitamin - a few questions I am taking GOL Living Multi Optimal Women's Formula. It has 15,000 IU vitamin A. I have some GOL Cod Liver Oil here. It has 4000 IU vitamin A. I would like to take it for the DHA/EAP etc..but I'm wondering if that will be too much vitamin A?

Also, I recently read that dairy inhibits iron absorption, so I won't take my iron w/keifer anymore, BUT..I can't choke down these huge vitamins unless I swallow them with thick keifer. I wonder if anyone things that it might be different because it is cultured milk?

AND..lol..one more thing. I usually take all of this stuff (vitamins, folic acid, primal defense, rm 10) w/breakfast and that includes one cup of coffee. Is there a chance the coffee is un doing the vitamins etc? This stuff is not cheap, I want to be sure I'm getting them into my system.

iron
Forgot to mention that is better absorbed together with vitamin C.

Re: a few questions
Sheryl is the source of vitamin
a a fish oil source? I dont think I would exceed 10,000 of A on a daily basis. Unless you are fighting an active infection, this can be alot on the liver. I esp wouldnt add an extra 400 to it. You can find other sources of DHA in a fish source that is just fish oil and not vitamin A. Nordiic Naturals is an example of this. Also, most cod liver oils contain vitamin D. You should check your multi and see how much D is in that and add what is in your cod liver oil. D is another vitamin that you dont want to overdue. Taking supplements is such a delicate balancing act I have found.

Re: a few questions
It is the calsium in the milk that connects to the iron and none of it gets absorbed - I think
