I took Threelac for 6 or so months. It may help some but didn't seem to do anything for me. Just made my allergies worse, as I believe I couldn't tolerate the yeast content.

Check out alternative suppliers of Lactobacillus Sporogenes. The link above supplies a much cheaper alternative for this probiotic, but they dont flood "Google" with cure claims. I bought 3 bottles of their product, 90 caps each, so 270 caps all up, and probably cost the same as one pack of 3 lac. 3 Lac's good, but their claims of cure are a sham! And i think the person posting above if full of 5hit!

Clean out the environment of mucoid plaque and do liver flushes and move towards a permanent solution. Candida doesn't thrive because your body is lacking 3lac! But ridding the body of the above mentioned rubbish, combined with reasonably priced probiotics and supps will work, EVENTUALLY!

its great that your better, if you are infact a genuine sufferer of candida who has got well (i am always cautious about these types of posts), but i dont agree with this board being turned into a place where people come to sell there products, even if those people are genuine. i think that people should be able to tell their story and to recommend products that have helped them, but that should be as far as it goes. what worries me about this sort of thing, is that desperate people who visit this board see posts entitled "GREAT CANDIDA CURE" and then spend $100 on products which may or may not help them, and then have no money, which adds to their stress. i myself have purchased hundreds of pounds worth of supplements over the years, including probiotics which have had little effect on my candida, and actually the sauerkraut i have recently started making at home seems to be working wonders, for a fraction of the cost.

I too agree, in general. However I too have spent probably thousands of dollars on products to help candida and my other various problems and this one does actually work. Buy it somewhere else if you want but it is difficult to find it cheaply because the company just raised the price. so do your own reasearch. look on google. you can buy it on ebay or from a million websites if you want. but it's ard to find for less than $65. Anyway i'm sorry if i offended anyone.
