Low Grade Fever
I don't know if anyone else has this... with me..
Since this all began back in the summer of 2005, I have had a low grade fever every day. It can always be from 99.1 too 100.1.
I've had all kinds of tests for fevers and the only thing that comes up is my blood count doesn't add up. But no infection.
Would Candida affect tempertures. I never bothered to asked and My husband said I should just mention it.
Most of the time, I'm feeling cold.. like I can't get warm. I take my temp and it's up.
What do you think?
Thanks So0o much,
Tami ~
Did they check for a urinary infection? I had a chronic urinary and kidney infection that caused fevers, but I never had any pain. So, I got the "all in your head" routine from the first doctor I consulted. Fortunately, the next doctor found the problem.

Keep track of your temperature each day. That way, the next doctor is more likely to investigate the situation.

Fever is a condition created by your immune system to assist in the destruction of invading organsims and toxins. The warmer your body, the more effectively the enzymes released by immune cells are able to digest and kill invading pathogens.
A chronic mild fever is a sign that your immune system is engaged and your body under constant attack from a pathogen or allergen (substance capable of triggering an immune reaction).
You don't mention any other symptoms but I imagine they are present?
There can be a number of reasons that cause your body's immune system to be triggered and permanently in high gear
- An allergen like mold in your home
- An environmental toxin like a pesticide in your home
- A hidden allergy....to pet dander for example
- A candida infection, caused by an impaired immune system or damaged gut flora
Interestingly, any of the above would generate symptoms without showing up as abnormalities in regular blood and clinical chemistry evaluations
Only specialist lab tests like immune status and intestinal flora status will reveal any abnormalities
