Skin Cracks

Cracks/lines on fingertips I can't decide what is causing the fine lines/cracks that have appeared on my fingertips. I can't be sure but I think they have been there since I have been zapping. I think it is either caused by a zink deficiency, but I don't know why I would be deficient in zink (I take supplements). Or by problems with my liver, which is possible if the zapping is doing what it is supposed to be doing but I have been taking 2 milk thistle tablets per day.
I also noticed at the same time that all my nails have gradually cracked and broken away. :(
Does anybody know what might be causing this?

Re: Cracks/lines on fingertips
That's very useful but main problem is the cracks/lines are in the skin on my fingertips, not my nails, although they are affected too?!

I have read that this could be liver problems??

Re: Cracks/lines on fingertips
Check out the second website (I think it is the second?) in Joyce's posting. I saw something there on fingertip cracks that are not on the nail.

Re: Cracks/lines on fingertips Uh hun! So it does Sans Sucre! :)

I thought was the same link as the top one!

Interesting. It says zinc which I had also read about and considered! Reading those symptoms it is also possible I am suffering from magnesium, calcium and Iron deficiencies!! :s I will check my supplements again and maybe readdress this!

Any idea why zapping would cause my mineral levels to alter??

Thanks again.

I have discovered the likely cause of my problems today...they are broken nails, lines on the skin on fingertips and poorer skin and hair condition...

I wasn't using wet paper towels with my zapper until recently so I believe this is a combination of copper overdosing (from the copper handles on my zapper) and a zinc deficiency caused by the excess copper! :( I will ensure I use the wet paper towels at all times from now on and will get a zinc supplement in the mean time! I hope this is easily reversible! :(
