C/Salt

Will C/salt work for candida?
I keep seeing this in reference to lyme disease. Will it tackle cadida? Does anyone know or tried it for it?

Re: Will C/salt work for candida?
Nobody knows for sure although some folks certainly believe so. However, note that candida overgrowth rarely if ever comes by itself; there are a host of parasite and gut bacterial infections that are aided by salt/c. For example, a practitioner in CA has found a lung worm infection in nearly nearly all CFS patients.
Salt sucks the life out of these critters much the way it does so for slugs.

If you've been battling candida overgrowth for a long time, clearly other things are at play and should be investigated. Heavy metal toxicity and bacterial infections such as lyme, staph, and chlamydia are a few examples. It's entirely possible that salt/c helps address all of these.

Note also that the critters in question often harbor heavy metals, so many of us on salt/c believe one should do something to counter mobilization of metals. Chlorella is currently probably the favored solution, but is controversial like all metals binders/chelators.
