Salt C Stomach

Hi,

Is salt/c best taken on an empty stomach? Or, two hours away from food or only 15 minutes away from food?

So far, I don't think I'm having a herx unless insomnia counts? Does it?

i hear it is better on an empty stomach but not that big of a deal if you eat it with food... so whenever you can handle it.

as per the herx, yes insomnia can be a herx for sure. you can try coffee enemas in the morning to help clear toxins.

are you doing chlorella also?

to answer your earlier question, i never took abx and af at the same time. i dont think i can handle that.

as per probiotics i take some primal defense and then eat cultured veggies, miso, and kefir... i had kefir and miso last night and have been really sick since with vomiting and other stuff. not sure if it was the probiotics but it sure sucks.'

So sorry to hear you're so ill with vomiting. That's terrible!!!

Are you any better? Wish I knew something to help. A couple of months ago, some morphine gave me non-stop vomiting for 8 hours. So, I can commiserate with your suffering.

I don't know if the probios did it. Maybe it was the combo? Have you had them each separately without a problem?

i am so much better... i ate very little, drank water, and slept for hrs. i feel llike a new person.... i have had a lot of intense but fleeting symptoms. too many.... i am at the 18th month of my c-salt, which is supposed to be a tough time and i am hoping all of this weeks crises' have been due to that. a lot of sickness but it passes and then i feels great...

how are you pace?
