Salt/C Head Pressure Symptom

~Salt/C Break Hi,
So far I'm doing O.K. on the salt/c and plan to go to 3 doses per day starting Tuesday.

I'm wondering do you take a break from the Salt/C every 21 days or do you keep going with no breaks?

Today I have a really, really weird symptom. I feel "out of it" and sad. I have a pressure in my head, but it's not a headache. Oh, I got a terrible migraine yesterday, but it's gone today.

Are these minor herx symptoms?

Pace
Testing I thought I just replied, but the post isn't showing up. Hopefully I didn't post it in some random thread....
Re: Testing Hi Pace,

Yes, these symptoms are common, including the head pressure.

The customary protocol is to NOT take breaks. However, you could probably take a break for Thanksgiving, or perhaps cut back if need be. Certainly, I presonally would not increase again until after the holiday, so that hopefully you won't ruin the day with a big herx.

In general though, the belief is that the MOST progress is made during the herxes, so folks try to enure as much s/c as seems reasonable at the time.
Re: Testing Hi dpd,

I think waiting until after the holiday to increase is a wise idea. We are expecting company for a couple of days. I already had to call and shorten the visit because I'm too sick to pull it all together.

Could you send me the Babs protocol? I think I had it once, but when the computer crashed it did, too.

Did you hear Pat Pepper's testimony about her ordeal with Lyme? SHe's the former mayor of West Palm Beach. She was diagnosed with ALS. Neurologists told her Lyme was a figment of her imagination and she needed to accept her ALS diagnosis. Crazy!

After years of seeking help (something like 30 neuros). She found a Lyme dr. but he was in the wrong camp--you know the kind 3-6 wks of treatment and your fine or else you don't have it. Then she found Dr. B & it made all the difference in her health!

Re: Testing Perhaps you could post the protocol as it would be useful to many here. Thanks.
