C-Salt & Fulvic Acid

Fulvic acid and c-salt, udpate
hey aleta and dpd and other c-salters,

so i went down on my dose while traveling and now i am trying to edge ack to 4-5 grams so that y the end of the month i can get to 6 and so on.

i am more convinced that c-salt releases metals. the cholrella instanly relieves many of the symtoms and i often feel like i get flares from the release of metals (which is supposed to activate infections) and then i get periods of die-off. also while travleing i lowered my c-salt and my hair and nails instantly started growing... i think that with the metal release a lot of sulfur is needed so that when i lowered the c-salt i had more stores of sulfur..

i finally got my fulvic acid in the mail and will start with that once the weather cools down. you can mix it with any chlorine and though my shower has a filter, i don't trust it.

speaking of which, it has een SO HOT this summer and i spend most of my days and nights sweating as if i am in a light sauna. i am starting to think that this is also releasing some metals just like a sauna would. i look forward to cooler weather.

so i have een on c-salt for over two months and i have to say it has een interesting. on the one hand, i have arely had any fog which has een very nice. my concentration almost feels normal! my sleep has een etter and the digestions has een fantastic.

i have had some strong periods of die off, and in general increased allergies and stiffness. i am really stiff especially in the morning. it is almost ridiculous. i am not sure what is going on and perhaps when i start to exercise and cut down on caffeine, yet again, it will help.

also it could just e all the toxins i am releasing with the c-salt. i am not sure.

i have a feeling my up and coming herxes are going to e awful, and very lung and sinuses related as they were in the past.

ut yes, aside from that, it has een good. i have had steady energy, focused concentration and my mood has een quite good.

again i have to take a fair it of chlorella and am still looking for other options. i will let everyone know how the fulvic acid goes. i plan on taking it WITHOUT the chlorella.

ok, hope all is well!

Hey B,

I've fallen into an intense herx. It started on Tuesday. I've backed off the dewormer and the Beck unit.

This is pretty intense. I'm very tired, but worse, I'm having a lot of pain along my spine. I was dx'd in 99 from a CAT scan with spondylolisis in L5. That's inflamation along the lower spine. Well the spondylolisis has been REALLY bad. I'm thinking this is due to metals. The most likely suspect in my mind is Klinghardt's CGF, but it might be the modifilan, MCP, s/c dieoff, or sun chlorella that I did start last week. It's too early to tell.

Also, I've been having REALLY bad pain on the back of my head, where the spine meets the skull.
The pain is also wrapping around a bit to the temples. I've had this many years ago, but this go around is MUCH worse. I'm also VERY STIFF in the mornings, the knees are very week, and I've had a resumption of the pinpricks, which I hadn't had in at least a month.

So, I'm certain I'm having an intense s/c dieoff given the familiar fatigue, stiffness, and pinpricks, but I'm not sure if all of the spinal stuff is s/c dieoff or not. I hope so.

dear dpd

wow sounds intense. could this e a 6 week herx? what week are you in the c-salt?

i am preplexed y the intense stiffness. it sort of loosens up as the day goes on ut i wake up feeling like hell: really stiffed and stuffed. i actually used to feel this way a lot efore getting sick sick.

so i think that if the c-salt helps to remove metals, we can experience very different reactions depending on what metla is eing released. metals are released in different orders so that perhaps you know you cycle through antimony and them mercury and then x.. i think that this will cause very different symptoms.

also i imagine c-salt works on different ugs we haror too so that die off will e different depending on it.

i just took my 3rd dose and will take one more today. i cant see me going eyond that today...

hang in there and perhaps take more chlorella to mop up metals??

>> wow sounds intense. could this be a 6 week herx? what week are you in the c-salt?

I'm not entirely sure "where" to consider myself on the s/c clock. I actually ALWAYS took my morning dose of salt with lemon juice, starting well over a year ago. I'm not sure, but this little added amount of c might have helped generate the dieoff I had early on, long before I found lymephotos.

I think I took my first dose of vitamin c with the salt in February some time, but it was merely a gram. As I recall I did a fair amount of C in march and a little more in april, taken away from artemisinin. In early May I took time off for a week or so. Since that time I've been on the protocol consistently, and I have managed what I feel will be my max dose for a while.... 5.5 g salt+3 g C, taken 4 times per day.
So I'm at about 22g s/12 g C.

So in reality, I have no idea what week I should consider myself at. I was able to handle a fair amount of C, perhaps 4 g, at that May 7 time zone as I recall, so I'm certainly past week 12.

This afternoon I'm noticing the back of the head pain is TOTALLY consistent with the s/c. I just took my last dose of the day, and my head is suddenly killing me... pretty wild. I haven't seen this particular issue raised on LS. Perhaps I'll bring it up tomorrow.

you COULD e at your 6 month herx then which I hear is BRUTAL... This sounds pretty intense...

I am less stiff today ut still very stuffed. Finally stopped el cafe and am just drinking one cup of tea and will swtich the the green and then off the caffeine for a little it.

let us know how it goes ut this could e the 6 month one if we count in Fe and you also taking a week off too...
Re: herx, salt/c dpd & b
Hi b & dpd,

I just came across something Dr. Jepson wrote about chlorella. You may be interested in it. He said:

(c) Chlorella can also be contaminated with toxic dinoflagellates (parasites)

Biella, It's great to hear from you.

Why do you suppose the brainfog would be so much better while the stiffness/allergies are so much worse? Is this typical of salt/c herx?

Are you still doing the pectin?

Oh, I think you meant to take the fulvic acid with NON-chlorinated water.

dpd,
I'm sorry you're in such a bad herx with the spinal pain and headache/neck pain.
WHenever I feel a flu virus coming on, ALL previously injuried areas hurt 10times as bad as the rest of me. I always thought it was because of scar tissue, lack of circulation or generalized weakness. I wonder if this is acting in a similar way. Attacking all the scarred, weak areas. WIth a virus, all you can do is let it run its course. With herx, I would make sure to rest, drink plenty of fluids, maybe some activated charcoal and/or citrus pectin. Definitely stay away from foods and environments which have troubled you in the past.

If you have any painkillers in the house, you may need to take one or two to get through this.

I hope this herx is short-lived.

Oh, another thing that is good for fevers, migraines and headache pain is decompression where skull joins the neck. Lie down on your back and have someone slightly lift and gently pull on your head. Keep your chin angled toward your chest--just a couple of degrees. Hold for a few minutes until you feel a gentle release. This should take some of the pain away.

Re: herx, salt/c dpd & b
Thanks Pace for the recommendations...

I have to admit, I'm pretty miserable right now. The back of my head is KILLING ME! My lower back is just about as bad.

can you point us to this dinoflaggelate thing?

Re: herx, salt/c dpd & b
dpd,

Go to the website below and then click on "Understanding Autism". I think the reference was on page 39. Better yet, just type in key word chlorella and it will come up.

P.S. When you're not in so much pain, could you post your source for the Ultrainflamex related low-Glutathione problems? Thanks. It's much appreciated.

Re: herx, salt/c dpd & b
Oh yes.. sorry. This topic came up here. I searched the forum archives, but couldn't get past the last year. This was mentioned 3 to 4 years ago I would guess.

I would contact Jeffrey Bland about this. He invented these products, and DID have OPINIONS on this glutathione-related issue at the time.

HI dpd,

Thanks for the website. I just sent an email. Hopefully I'll hear back.

Thanks!
