This is such a unique product. You sure know how to research! I have still been taking the minerals. They are fantastic. I have been detoxing on and off and have been a bit sluggish, but definately more clear-headed ---thanks to you!!:) Please update me as to how you are doing. Penny, I just did 4 miles this morning, everything is looking up, feeling much better. The Catfish Bitters is a very powerful formula, I can feel it working systemically and the best part is I'm starting to feel like myself, I had become a stranger to myself but I'm getting to know me all over again like old times, LOL.
