Hi Ann
Your test results were interesting and it does look as though yr cortisol is high, espec late in the day- mine are too, but it is bowel pain still not letting me lie down to sleep- am exhausted with 4hrs in my recliner for over 2 wks now.
Anyway my ? was did you ever try DRM'S MAGIC MINERALS - I'm using them - 3rd tub now simply cos they are in gd absorbable form, but do not really know if they agree with me?

Hi Ruthie,

I saw Dr M in Nottingham about ten days ago for EPD, she had my thyroid test results, they were all within range, but she still gave me a one month supply of something called westhroid, she thought i needed it, cant understand why. But the adrenal test came a few days later, i think this result is much worse, WAY OUT, i am not sure what it means, i am not going to take the westhroid right now as i am introducing things that i feel will be of more benefit at the mo, i think i must address metals for other things to fall back into place.

The bowel pain must be bad if it is interfereing with your sleep, i am lucky i dont have that, have you tried Peppermint? i know it isnt a cure, but it might offer some releif, it sounds like something is disagreeing with you. Did you have it before Dr Ms minerals? Have your mineral results improved since you have been taking MMMs? I would like to try them but Calcium gives me kidney pain, so i take my minerals seperately, but some time i would like to try them again to see how i go, because they will be balanced. I do sleep bad - early waking, burning all over, but since not taking the NDF that has been quite a bit better.

I have a tel con lined up but it is all getting expensive, esp all the testing, hopefully there nothing else to test now, just moniter progress (liver, minerals) Are you consulting with Dr M?

I went to see my new GP about two weeks ago, first consult since a BIG falling out with my old GP six months ago (dispute ongoing) i asked him if he would do liver tests as i was taking the Diflucan, he said NO, he looked in his book and said NHS guidelines were that it shouldnt be used for longer than three weeks, so therefor i would have to ask Dr M to arrange it (me pay AGAIN) I am sure old GP wrote an excellent testimonial for me!!

Ann
