Mercury Question

I am going this thursday to my doctor and demanding to have mercury and candida test done..my problem is I dont know the right way to go about this or what to say. My primary just switched and Ive never seen this new dr, I dont know how she will be. I am bringing some documents off the web about mercury and candida to show her and will ask about urine and blood tests.
I have had major dental work done the past few years, Id say close to 30 dental visits within 2 years. I have 2 amalgam fillings (one is over 6 years old) and I think I've found the link to where all my sickness is arising from. Recently Id say within the past few months my dentist was adjusting my bite and filed down one of my amalgam fillings. He never used a dental dam or anything and I remember swallowing bits and peices of my filling that were floating around in my mouth. I never knew how serious this could be until now. All my problems arose after that, especially the candida issues.

I would like some advice on how to go about getting this tooth removed (its nearly all amalgam) and the proper way to do it. I dont want to overload my already very weak and sick system, but I want them out!
What should I tell my doctor and dentist? I dont want to be shot down and made to feel like I'm nuts, I want to go there and present factual unargumentable information.

i think you need to find a new dentist that is sensitive to the whole merucry issue. There arent many. I had my removed by a dentist that was treated by the alternative side and told not to use mercury agian. I think you MD will dismiss candida and mercury becasue there programmed like that in school. Youll probably have to go to an alternative side doctor, maybe homeopath, naturopath etc

I have had a hair mineral analysis followed by an electrodermal testing of heavy metals and both results where very similar. Electrodermal is inexpensive. I went to redpaw.net clinic in Toronto.
