Killing Candida
I suspect I have candida related problems which are very severe in nature - mostly digestive. What products have you used and what works the fastest? It seems diet change is not helping, unless die-off lasts a really long time... I'd like to know people's answers to this one too! I think capryllic acid is the best but I rotate it with SF722. When things are really unbearable I take a weak version of colloidol silver (3pmm) which helps a lot. You must be careful with silver not to take huge doses but 3 parts per million is very weak so I'm fine with that.
Sakia, i have taken SF72 and caprylic acid before, they worked great. But what is the long term benefit, to me they are just band aids. Can you or anyone elaborate on their long term benefits? To my way of thinking you will get all your symptoms back once you stop these or when you arent very strict on diet. So what is the use? I think that perhaps combining them with cleansing could be beneficial, but i am not sure.
I dont know Peter. I agree that every time I stop the sf72 and capryllic acid the symptoms come back again. But I've blamed stress as my job is a nightmare. But maybe there is another underlying problem causing it. I've never tried a liver cleanse.Have you visited Karen Tripp's website? She cured her candida with just sf722 so there's hope!

I will have another look at the Karen Tripp website. Suppose everyone has different, but similar problems, so different methods work for different people. I strongly recommend you look into the cleansing. Just yesterday i finished another liver cleanse, yielding about 5 stones about 1inch diameter. I have done 26 in 2 years, was not getting very many up till the last 2 flushes. The last 2 i combined coffee and salt water enemas whilst doing it. The results were amazing. Hard to believe that i have so much in me. I know it sounds yuk, the flush and enemas, but it works extremely well. i never would have dreamed of doing this stuff years ago, but i now swear by it. I dont believe any supplement could remove this stuff from you and i dont believe that permanent good health will be achieved unless this is cleaned out. Saskia dont right this stuff off, for one it is very cheap, only a few $$$, compared to the supplements. Once you buy a bowel washout kit, you get alot of use out of it and it doesnt cost much. The ingredients for a liver flush only cost a few $$.
I read books by Richard Anderson, they give you some excellent info on cleansing and the reasons for it. It sounds very logical. he also has a website cleanse.net , check it out.
There is other people here with successful methods, similar techniques, like JohnG. He uses colema boards and colosan and follows Andreas Moritz, whom apparently has some excellent books. Its all worth looking into.
I hope you try it, i may sound a bit forceful in my views, suppose i feel very strongly about it, as it has worked so well for me. i know how it feels to feel very sick and not get any solutions from so called proffesionals. Alot of them are excellent at articulating very technical biological chemistry bla bla , and that's about it.

Everyones got candida, healthy people etc. It makes up the internal environment. The thing is that yours and most people here have an internal environment conducive to an overgrowth of it. Antifungals and diet help, but inevitably you will still have the same environment that created the problem, once you cease diet/antifungals. Look into cleansing the liver and cleaning the mucoid plaque from your intestines and also a high alkaline diet.
These are ways i deal with it and it has helped me, Alot! Why does it affect you and not others, because your insides are more suitable to candida.
