Yogurt & Candida
I dond t understand why whenever i eat plain yogurt, which is supposed to be good for Candida, i have got migraines and i feel worse. I don t think it s a die off, i ve been eating plain yogurt for a month by now. Does anybody have a similar reaction by eating yogurt?
"Supposed to be good for Candida"?!?
Who said it?Some sites advisers who never talk from experience ?Their
naive followers?Don't believe anything
my friend. The truth always lays deeper
than it seems. Not only that every
individual is different--therefore nothing is written in stone--but if you study all the theories you'll see
that the higher wisdoms always speak against dairy .And it makes perfect sense. You want to heal the mucus not
to irritate it(dairy and any animal by-product usually does...)
Raw dairy doesn't cause mucus the way pasturized does. Raw goat milk is healing.
Are you eating store bought yogurt? It COULD be too high in residual lactose (milk SUGAR) for you. Ferment your own yogurt for 24 hours. The result should be a yogurt that is very low in lactose and high in active lactobacteria.
I'm normally fine with yogurt, whether it's got probiotics in or not.
But when I went on a course of probiotics, it did indeed kill off my candida to an extent, but it also released the mercury that the infection had accumulated in a more toxic form that was able to pass the blood-brain barrier.
I felt truely awful.
Look up mercury poisoning / amalgam poisoning. It's worth a look.
I'm going to try taking probiotics again, which I'm sure worked for me, but also take something to mop up the relased mercury this time (chlorella most probably).
