Die-Off Process?

How to recognize a die-off process? Dear all, I am wondering how one could identify a die-of process rather than a growing process?
Any ideas?

Re: How to recognize a die-off process?
Die off means your gonna feel noticably worse. There's no easy way to beat candida, it's not something you just do for a few weeks, unfortunatly, it means changing your lifestyle.
Primarily raw foods, lots of vegtable juice, lots of garlic, the rights herbs and vitamins, no alcohol, lots of distilled water, lots of lemons/lemon juice, regualrly hit a steam bath or sauna if you can. Doing cardio and sauna really seems to help fight the brain fog and fatigue associated with candida.
Don't give up, if you mess up, get right back on track.
Remember the shittier you feel while doing everything right, the better your getting...it'll pass, you'll have your up and downs...then slowly, your ups will start outnumbering your downs.
I've learned the hard way, now I never cheat. Trust me.

Hi Steven,

Very supportive post here. Thank you! I felt my worst when I made a comment to fight my Candida. I felt terrible. I have up alot all of a sudden it was what I thought of a drug abuser must go through... some what that is.

Giving up yeasts, sugars, etc was very hard. Learning to taste food in a different way has been hard.

Anyways.. I wanted to say "Thank You". I hope you get a chance to read this and realize I appreciate your note on this subject.
Sincerely,

Re: How to recognize a die-off process?
Thanks a lot Steven for your reply. I would like you to briefly read my story with candida, and you may give me some suggestion:
I tried to go under cure with one doctor, he prescribed Sporanox for one week (2 caps a day) and then extended the prescription for the whole month (totally 4 weeks). He also prescribed a diet with no sugars and all the other foods that facilitate the candida overgrowth.

After this month of cure (1st of November), I felt better. The problem is that this staying well lasted only 5 weeks, and at the beginning of December I started feeling bad again, and this time involving also my stomach (before it only affected my gut/colon and my eyes). Now I also have problems digesting food.

I think that it could be a recidive overgrowth of candida albicans, but I cannot be certain of it because I cannot find any hospital that carries out an intradermic test, whereas the blood tests I had was negative, but I know they can be false negative many times. Any other tests that are more accurate?

I would like to restart the cure, but when I tried to restart with Sporanox and Vitamin C (Redoxon 1000 mg./1 a day), I felt sick and among many side effects I vomited. I don't know at this point wether to relate this episode to this medicine or it was just a coincidence. I was thinking of changing the anti-fungals and try Diflucan which seems to be very effective but I don't know the doses.
I appreciate a lot your help and suggestions, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Max

With dieoff I feel both worse and better in different ways, but if its just growing I guess only worse...
