Candida Trouble

Candida troubles
I have been on the candida diet for about three weeks now. The first week I only ate vegetables. I felt great but too tired to be able to cope at work. I felt healthy but spaced out and made some silly mistakes at work. Then the second week I added a half a cup of grains - quinoa, millet or brown rice. Now it is the third week I am eating meat (small handful), fish, organic eggs and a half a cup of grains for breakfast and for dinner. I drink bottled water and take multi-vitamins. Am I eating too many grains? I don't eat any fruit or yogurt at the moment. I have tried beans - but I am not ready for them yet. I had chronic flatulence which has been relieved since being on the diet and off the pill.
Please advise me on grains.

Colon troubles
HI again,

As I was saying for years I had terrible constipation and trouble with my bowels. Here are the things that helped me.

Eliminating all gluten products-- ALL
Taking Bile digestive supplements. When the liver and gallbladder do not work right this can cause bad constipation and problems eliminating. A good test for this would be drinking lots of dandelion root tea ( dried dandelion root) not tea bags, for a few days and see if this helps with elimination. Also loading up on bile digestive supplements for awhile and see if there is a change.

A sick liver can cause a very heavily coated tongue.

I don't know about the whitish stuff. It does sound like it could be candida, especially since you can smell yeast and you have vaginal and mouth symptoms.
You could do an internet search for vinegar and garlic enemas. But, do be careful with putting things in to enemas bags as this is more of a direct way to absorb things via the mucosal lining and you could harm your self.
I have found the liver and gallbladder to be key in having the urge to go or eliminate. It took a long time years in fact before I figured out it was my liver/gallbladder. And I ate tons of fiber. AT one time I was even concerned that I might have to get a bag, as my colon would not work. I could even do enemas and not be able to eliminate the water I had just shot up my colon. You are right though that an unhealthy bacterial environment in the colon is key also. Of course the obvious things for healing the colon. There a list of them. Glutamine, slippery elm, vit A and many others. Good luck.
