Garlic
my reaction is so severe to garlic now that I cant believe its anything other than a problem with sulfoxidation. I get a migraine within minutes and have to go to bed for a bad sleep.

I might get the old molybdenum out again but Im not hopeful it will make much difference.

I def seem to have deteriorated in this department.

Re: Garlic
Do you get this reaction from msm,and other sulfer foods as well.?

Re: Garlic
John, if I eat too much garlic, I bleed under the skin. Figure that one out.

Re: Garlic
Garlic is known to be a blood thinner. Do you ever experience this with vitamin E,fish oil etc.?

Re: Garlic
Liz, no, but maybe I don't eat enough of those. The thing is, when I get these little purple marks under the skin, it's in the same area as the candida rash, which led me to believe it was the candida dying off.

Brett
I was reading some lyme info today, and read that Bartonella causes these strange red streaks on the body.

Bartonella comes from a tick, like lyme disease.

Treatment is with a specific antibiotic called levafloxacin,
I think this is what it is called,
I thought of you when I read it, and
also that you live in the BUSH, the wilderness in the cabin, where ticks might be, most likely,
maybe not though, maybe something else.

Bartonella the infection is called, it also causes intestinal problems...

Here is the info, it is long, it is to do with lyme, Bartonella info is on page 24 I think. Check it out.

Re: Brett
I just read about those red streaks last nite. You are right Jeannie. I read a really good article about how the different lyme bacterias cause different symptoms. Some cause nite sweats, some skin sensations, burning feet etc etc.
The antibioitic that you named is another word for Cipro. I think that there is an herbal that you can use in place of it. I dont know how effective it is but it is the TOA free Cats claw

Re: Brett
Hi Jeannie, it only happens when I eat too much garlic or use cortisone cream. It's odd. How are you doing?

Re: Garlic
Hey Brett how are you? I had to respond to your post when I read that garlic makes you bleed under the skin. It's a potent blood thinner so that's why you're experiencing that. I think that's also why they recommend it for heart patients. Just thought I'd share. Take care.

Re: Garlic
Hi Courtney, I just read your post below. I wish I had an answer for you, but I hope it works out for the best. Maybe you feel worse because of the morning sickness, or not eating? Have you researched candida and pregnancy? I'm o.k., but my liver is aching more often than usual. p.s. I suspected the garlic was thinning my blood too much, I try to eat a small amount

Re: Garlic
Was just wondering Brett. Have you ever had your blood platlets checked?

Re: Garlic
Hi Liz, I think so. When I was in the ER last December with an irregular heartbeat, they did a CBC on me. Here's another weird one. You should see what happens to me if I put hydrocortisone on my skin. I get huge purple streaks, like bleeding under the skin. I even took picture of it once. Haven't used hyrdocortisone since, but I know it has something to do with the candida imbalance of my system.
