Yellow Dock

Yellow Dock?

I had such an interesting conversation yesterday with a woman I met... she
was mercury poisoned and got to the point where she had post-it notes all
over her house because her short-term memory was so bad. She said she
basically stayed inside because she couldn't find her way back home when she
left. Her husband divorced her, she basically lost everything, was homeless
and lived on the street for a number of months. She still has some health
issues, but what I find enlightening is she really doesn't have any interest
in regaining the material things that she lost, she is more interested in
helping others. Anyway, I had told her that I have no tolerance for
cilantro and she said in that case what I should try first is the yellow
dock, a tincture of yellow dock. She worked with Dr. Nunn here on Vancouver
Island, and I guess it took her a very long time to become functional again.
She said she had candida so bad, any kind of sugar would just incapacitate
her. She reiterated something I keep hearing, and that is to eliminate
wheat from the diet if you have candida issues as it seems to feed the yeast
somehow.

Has anyone here had any experience with yellow dock? Improve Channels of Elimination
At times, removal of toxic metals is prevented or impeded by inadequate
liver, kidney, bowel or even skin activity. Therefore, it is helpful to
enhance the activity of these organs. Methods include baths, enemas,
bowel-cleansing programs.
Nutrients that may be given include; beet root powder, choline,
inositol, sulfur, kidney glandular substance and herbs such as Russian Black
Radish to stimulate or improve liver and kidney function. Bugleweed and
yellow dock are herbs that may also assist elimination of metals.

Re: Yellow Dock?
It is a very potent blood purifyer and will build your iron. Google herbs that build iron and you will find a lot about yellow dock. A tincture is good, but a strong infusion really works well too. I'm drinking it for iron.

Re: Yellow Dock?
Interesting. No experience with yellow dock, but the wheat thing - eliminating wheat products is standard anti-candida practice.
