Sauerkraut
I eat a small amount of sauerkraut at noon but I think it causes more congestion in my sinuses unless it is the extra salt. I try to get enough salt or my blood pressure would be 50. I'm ready to give up on the natural anti-fungals as have been on them for years with little success. Fortunately my new natural allergist has suggested a compounded anti-fungal which I will try first and if I don't have success I will try Diflucan. My liver enzymes were one point over thus he wants to add taurine, glutathione, and alpha lipoic acid to my immune support iv. Also, will take s. blouv. (sp?)
as a probotic. After all this I probably will take peptide or LDA shots. I'm really desperate as am allergic to almost all food, air, and water and am down to 105 pounds. I have started taking expensive digestive enzymes with bromalain and it helps alot.
Also, I was thinking that maybe taking tri-salts was causing the diahrrea as the allergist just added it. Also, possibly structural manipulation and new stretches. I know it sounds far fetched but it is possible.
I don't know how fermented vegetabels could cause congestion in sinuses.
I used to be terribly allergic as well, but has taken EPD shots. What is peptides as treatment?
It doesn't help to kill the candida unless you have something to replace it; which is were the fermented vegetables come in. There are many different kinds. It is better than to take freezedried bacteria, because there is stronger possibility that it will survive in the gut, since it comes with the food.
I ate almost only that + meat and fat for over a year, now I eat many different foods, but must be a bit careful still.
I beilieve it is good to vary the type of good bacteria we put inside us. I also take some freezedried types, but vary wich one + they are more expencive which is a problem for me.
EM-culture is more effective than single cultures of bacterias.
Hope you find a way to improve. Sounds like your doctor knows a bit more than average!
