Sinus Pressure
please help..lve been treating candida off and on for almost 2 yrs .now l have sinus pressure w/ bad headaches this has been going on for about 2weeks.l went to a doctor today was in the office 5hrs at the emer, room only to recieve 40 antibiotics and pain meds.. which l have yet to tk..lm so disappointed lm concerned this may be fungal and if l tk the antibiotics l will only be worse is there any way to tell the difference between fungal and just plain sinus problems? lm in a very small town with doctors that dont pratice altnative meds lm afraid to tk this antibiotic..plz all that respond will be a great help..
Allergies can be caused by a stressed immune system, such as in the case of candida. Part of my problem is headaches, sinus pain/pressure and tinnitus. I personally find magnesium citrate works best for these symptoms. Chlorella algae used to work but stopped.
If you do have a candida problem, you should stay clear of antibiotics. There are some online nutritionists who give free advice. You may also find The Yeast Connection Handbook by Dr Crook, to be helpful.

thanks for your reply l didnt tk the antibiotics lm going tomorrow to buy grapeseed spray for the nose hope this works ..will let you know
I found serrapeptase to be excellent, in case you want to look into other things. It is an enzyme which digests the allergen proteins as they enter the blood stream. Powerful anti-inflammatory.
