Sore Throat

I've been feeling pretty good lately and have been making some good progress. No matter how good I feel though one symptom that is a constant is a sore throat. Mostly on the right side(not always though). This is also accompanied by a full right ear which is a little sore. I've had throat and ear problems for years (it was my first sign of a candida issue). Sometimes it comes and goes throughout the day, sometimes its there for a few days straight, even when I feel my best. Has anyone gone through this? I need advise, its painful & I'll do anything to get rid of it.


Here is an idea. Try irrigation. Get a neti pot or naso cup (2 names for same item) and use with 1/4 tsp. NON-IODIZED salt in warm water. What you do is stand over sink and pour water slowly into one nostril, allowing it to flow out the other, then do the other side. You might also consider adding 1/2 tsp. xylitol to the mixture. Xylitol is an antifungal. Actually there is a product made with it called Xlear that runs about 8 bucks for a small bottle, but much cheaper to make your own. You probably have some fungus stuck in your sinuses, and this will help it release.
