Itching Ears

Itching Ears? In a reply to something I posted, you said that itching ears were good, a sign that something was working. I'm curious. Why? I've had an increase in other candida symptoms, too, on and off. I assumed, and have been told, the die off only lasts a few days or so, not weeks and weeks and weeks.

Thanks,

Re: Itching Ears/Tom?
I've found ear itching comes when my candida is starting to get out of control. It may also be a sign of die-off, but I wouldn't think it would last that long. I can usually make it go away by putting peroxide on a Q-tip and swab out the ear. I think you could also just put a drop or two of peroxide in your ear. Mine is also only the left ear.

Re: Itching Ears/Tom?
Linda, I'm not talking about itching from a single cell infection that causes inflamation. The itching I'm refering to is caused by the hyphae that has infected the deeper tissue and is trying to come to the surface, the closer it gets to the surface the more itching you'll have. I have experienced this for a long time with my left ear, I will feel heat in the ear and severe itching and usually the next day there will be flaking from behind the ear. I'm getting very little of the flaking lately but still have ringing in that ear. The reason I say its a good sign is the itching is an indication that the hyphae is stirred up and hopefully going to be eliminated through the skin and the closer it gets to the surface the more itching you'll have.
