Diflucan

So I've ignored my yeast infection for 5 years - after I went to the doctor's and had all these tests done. He wanted me to go on Diflucan for a year and I said I'd do it naturally. But I never did. Now I need to do something about it.

WIll it be impossible to take care of now that I made it so much worse?????????

Hard to say! You may in fact want a script now, but other here will have stories of going it alone successfully. I know that my last bout which was long neglected due to lack of knowledge of the cause of my ills created a tremendous amount of die-off for about three months and it had been going for years. I think you may find lots and lots of yeasties to kill, but if you have guidance of whatever kind (naturopath, maybe?), they can help you figure out how much die-off you can handle and how to rid the toxins from your body as smoothly as possible. There are tons of people here who know way more than I do, but I wanted to respond because this second bout I denied for at least two and a half years when I really should have seen the sign but didn't want to. Hindsight is 20/20 though and I did try following up on items, but I was symptom focused instead of seeing the whole picture. Duuuu! You can do it so pick the best resource and go from there!
