For Diabetics
Hi,
I just heard a health commercial by:
Dr. James Chappell, ND, Chiropractic
A Promise Made A Promise Kept
His mother died of complications due to diabetes. He promised her he would find out the whys and the ways to help others. His research brought him to an herb called gymena silvestre that has been used for 1500 years in India for diabetes. It is effective for both Type I and Type II.
He's researched cancer, diabetes and other diseases and found ingestion of too much sugar acidifies the body, then in turn, the acidic body starts to de-mineralize.
Sounds like what we've been starting to learn here on the forum.
Has anyone tried the gymena silvestre for diabetes?
Pace, I've seen that info for years now but have never seen a testimony where it actualy worked.
I do know two people where Cinnamon helped lower blood sugar in type II Diabetes, check it out.
Hi Tom,
Thanks for the insight. Guess what? I'm taking cinnamon right now. I'd heard good reports from rue about cinnamon and how it is utilized in 3rd world countries for fungal infections. I didn't know about it's helpfulness for diabetics. Very interesting!
Thanks for posting this Pace. I have been thinking about trying that herb. I am a type 1 diabetic, and have been hearing good things about it lately. I agree it prob is not the "wonder" it is purported to be, but maybe in combo with that the other good things I amn doing, it would have an effect. Actually, I think I wil pick some up today. I will report back to the group.
Hi Sans,
Do let us know how this works for you! I hope you are doing well.
Hi Pace,
Actually I am doing very very well. I have been using Cell Food and it has been amazing for me. After an initial noticeable BIG increase in energy and decrease in toxicity symptoms, I found It did give me some die off, and then I saw some more candida in my stools. I was not expecting that as I thought I was over the candida as my candida symptoms had gone and I was now just dealing with toxicity, but I guess I had a little more candida in me to get out.
So, I tried the gymnema sylvestre yesterday. I took 3 caps - 1 with each meal. Today I woke up with a good blood sugar reading, and it has been excellent so far today (I am now nearing 1pm pacific time). My morning blood sugar readings have been awful for the last 2 weeks, So, is it the herb, or is it memorex? I am waiting through the week before I endorse the herb, but preliminaries look good! :)
How are you faring today?
Hi Sans,
This is great to hear!
It does sound hopeful that Gymnema Sylvestre is working. I hope it is.
What is Cell Food? I haven't heard of it before.
I'm so glad you're symptom-free from Candida. To have diabetes and Candida is really a double whammy. I think it is one of the most difficult combinations to beat.
Glad your blood sugars were good this morning and so far today.
I'm looking into Lyme, heavy metals as well as continuing to fight against Candida. It's a struggle and I long to have more energy. A new development is debilitating migraines. I've got to find out how to get rid of them.
