Intestinal Plaque

Hi there
I now (when doing enemas) only occasionally pass clear mucoid plague (it used to house candida threads and smell awful!), does anybody know if this is still better out than in? My candida problems are now only localised to itch in the nether regions (not nice at all). Thankyou!

Did the enemas remove the mucoid plague from the intestines?

Did you juice vegetables and fruits?


I imagine it could depending on how much cleansing you have done and how much plaque you have. I only saw clear plaque(fresher) prior to doing any cleansing, but that was helped out with a supermarket bowel mover(cant think of the brand). I use colon cleansing kits from blessedherbs.com and whilst doing them i fast for 5 days or more. The amount of mucoid plaque that comes out is amazing. To Answer Wood Elf's question, it is definitely better out. Read articles on cleanse.net , they advise cleansing to clear up every conceivable health issue, or help it at least.

I truly believe that you need to do many fasts and cleanses and liver flushes, combined with coffee enemas, alkaline diet primarily, be happy and you will definitelky get there.

Juices, i only use veges, every morning i have celery, carrot and lemon. This is just what i figuere is good. You read how carrot has 11% sugar, but if you also read a fungal book by Kauffman, he believes that carrot fights candida. I definitely do not put any fruits in my juices. i tried that, thinking i was close to recovery, but i wont have any till iam there now.

Also if you want a probiotic, threelac is widely known, but expensive. The active ingredient is lactobacilus sporogenes, you can get that in a product called "geneflora". I just ordered that this evening, plus another colon cleansing kit. The last fast i did, water only, i combined with the geneflora, and i was so impressed how i felt, and looked so sharp, but i only did 4 days. But i have done about 9 fasts so far. i think the next shall get me there, if not i will continue, as i feel better than ever before anyway. i want radiant health and i will get it.

You cant undo 30 years of bad food and congestion internally overnight.

Can you explain this "clear plaque"? If it is clear, how do you know it is plaque? Is it solid? Could it be mucus? Never heard of mucoid plaque being anything but dark and nasty.

Mucus, like you have with a runny nose, but a mass of it, shaped like your insides, in one piece. Anyway, i suppose its different for everyone, i took this to be more recent deposits of mucus in my intestines. I only experienced that whilst using "Metamucil" (i remember the product name now). Also this only happened i think twice ever and before i tried the fast combined with blessed herbs colon kit. Now i only see varying types of dark plaque. Some lomg (2-3feet), thin and shaped from where it was deposited, some is not so formed, and some is incredibly thick, and i also have seen a few different colours. GROSS! but it's great having it out. I think once you try this and see it, your a convert.

There is other companies that sell these type of products, so do your own research. For me, i feel that whilst i am on a good thing, i will stick to it. Richard Anderson also sells a version. He seems to be the guru on it, but i havent tried his products.
