Parasite Cleanse
I know this is a gross subject but I really need some info. I have been doing a parasite cleanse for 2-3 weeks now. I have been taking antifungals as well as the candida diet. I have been taking black walnut drops with wormwood drops upon arising and before bed. I am feeling them more now? Is this normal? Are these things dying or trying to get out??? or on the contrary trying to reproduce. I can't get a straight answer from anyone on this even doctors. Is there any way to get rid of them?
It is my understanding you need a parasite formula with cloves to kill the eggs. You may want to try oil of oregano caps.
Hi,
Raw garlic is fantastic for cleansing parasites. My ND recommended four raw cloves a day for a month. Real cloves, not the garlic pills. It's stinky and at times difficult to tolerate, but it does the job like nothing else I've tried.
I invested in a garlic crusher ($6) and crushed the garlic into my already cooked eggs every morning. After a week of this I felt much cleaner and more energized.
I'm a huge believer in incorporating raw garlic into the candida diet. Organic is preferable if you can find it. It's become my antifungal of choice.
Best wishes.
Hey,
I have tried the garlic pills and after a while it gave me gas and upset my stomach. Is the raw garlic better and what about the die off- do you feel bad and feel worse. How long have you had this problem and what have been your symtoms?
Hi,
I have not taken garlic pills (I read that they're not that effective); I've only taken the real thing, and I've never experienced bloating or gas with the raw garlic. That said, it's strong stuff, and I make sure that there's already food in my stomach and that I eat it with some other food, never alone.
If die off is a problem, then I recommend starting slowly (like one clove to start with) and increasing over time. Everybody's body is different.
I experienced a bit of die off when I first started, but not after a few days.
It's crazy: when I first started, I would do the spit test in a glass and then put different antifungals in it to see how they would affect the candida. Only garlic really killed it like nothing else I've seen.
