Documenting my hard journey for y'all...
Hey everyone, I haven't been here in awhile. I would rarely post and mostly just read and write down helpful candida info. Anyway, I thought I'd share my exprience with all of you and hopefully get some useful advice and maybe help others going through simular circumstance as myself.

Here are the cliffnotes:
Been on & off a candida routine for about 3 years now. The last few months i've been pretty good, the last 2 weeks i've consumed nothing but tons of vegetable juice using lemons, spinach, garlic, bok choy, celery, cucumber, and many various hardcore dark greens. I take it with generous portions of Superfood.
I'm also drinking as much distilled water as I can handle.
I'm doing shots of olive oil in between and putting lots of GSE in my distilled water as well.
I do cardio at the gym daily and make sure to break a good sweat and use the sauna for 30 minutes following.
I know there are other things I could be doing, but this is all I can afford ...as far as hardcore anti-candida treatement goes.

My symptoms have always been as follows:
*Anxiety, feeling on edge alot.
*Racing thoughts, inability to focus and think clearly
*depression
*feeling disconnected and slightly disorientated
*inability to stay asleep for longer than 4-5 hours
*lots of thrush
*lots of ringing in the ears
*general achyness and fatigue
*itchy ear canals
*whenever I open my jaw my ears "pop" like i'm always on an airplane...I thought this was a normal condition that everyone had until I asked my girlfirend if she had it and she said no.

Anyway, I've been very stubborn about resorting to psych meds, even though sometimes I think I probably need them.

I have nobody to talk about this with because most people don't have the first clue to the candida struggle or treatement process, and don't wanna hear it either.

Anyway, this is where i'm at now:
almost 2 weeks now on all veg juice, distilled H20, olive oil, GSE, and some raw cashews here and there.
My PH levels are roller coastering all over the place, my anxiety has intensified to the point that it gets really hard to just function.
I get frequent headaches, and my eyes sting alot.
Hopefully these symptoms will eventually subside with perserverence, dicipline and time.
Any tips, pointers, suggetions, or comments & explanations on what's happening to me?

Hi, The symptoms you are experiencing could be caused by exposure to environmental pollutants, so called xenobiotics. The have the ability to cause powerful mood alterations and to suppress your immune system, allowing Candida yeast to multiply uncontrolled. If xenobiotics are the cause, then symptoms could be partially alleviated by providing your body with a good antioxidant preparation to mop up all the free radicals that your detox regime is setting free from your fatty tissue.

My advice would be to seek out a Doctor specializiung in environmental medicine and ask him/her about a course of antioxidants to support the rest of your program.

These symptoms might also be from wheat, milk and/or corn intolerance. Check out www.neurozym.com press brittish flag. Even if you can't get tested where you live, there is tons of info.
You might have abstinence from some of the food you don't tolerate. You might very well have candida in addition, as a function of eating food you can't tolerate. If you can afford a lot of vitamin C - 8 grams daily taken in portions, it might helpe to get things out of your system quicker. Else you can only wait. And do the excercise and sauna as you already do. Hope you manage to sweat it out and be a healthy strong person again!
Maybe if things are real bad take something calming just to get over the hurdle of the abstinence.
