Candida Diet

one size candida fits all I agree with much of what you say and appreciate that you want to help. I want to point out to you that it is a known fact that although apple cider vinneager and watermelon can be very good for people and have positive attributes, they can also feed candida & yeast and cause horrible symptoms for others. Watermelon and vinneager cause tremendous flares for me with candida. Vinneager also aggravates my urinary tract and believe me when I say, that I have tried it many times thinking I could get over the symptoms only to be worse. That is what Steve was trying to say I think. NOt everyone has the same consititution. We all suffer from a basic weakness in our immunity, over acidity, and as a result, opportunitistic diseases but we are also individuals with individual problems. I think we would all agree now that cleansing, alkalizing, etc are very very crucial to this healing process -it is just that some of us are very weak and need different ways and ideas to achieve this goal. That is what the discussion is all about and it seems to you like we are going in circles but really we are discussing different ways to reach the same or similar goal.

Hi, exactly. I find for myself I have to be very strict and after three years, I pretty much know what I can and can't eat. NO fruit, no potatoes, no starchy vegetables etc. It's kind of depressing at times, but I have no choice.

I totally agree. The only thing that is for sure about all of this illness/symptoms/healing is that no one thing works for everyone, no matter what!
