Wrong Diet Foods

I feel bad no matter what I eat; ideas?
WARNING MAJOR WHINING BELOW! Feel free to ignore. I am driving myself nuts tonight and needed to get it out...

Along the lines of a recent post, does anyone feel like crap whether they eat the right candida diet foods or the wrong ones? I eat and within maybe thirty minutes max, I feel like horse shit. I mean, I feel rotten. I get tired, my eyes get heavy, I can't drive or pay attention to anything. What is this?? I have been keeping up with my liver, I think, and I thought I was feeling better with this and this toxic support turmeric stuff I was taking, but that was just a tease. What the hell?? I can't tell what to eat and what not to eat by what I can tolerate because honestly, with some CHEATS, I actually feel better! I have tried periods of going fairly raw and have gone ape enough I think for the cultured veggies since seeing the posts. SOOOO other than wanting to whine and get annoyed, here is the question (unless you read this adnd other bells go off in your head), I should remember but is this DIE OFF crap again or am I just eating the wrong crap?? I should know all of this crap by now... Maybe I should get off my butt and get to the dietician. I am hungry constantly, am out of it all the time again and I am fed up. SORRY all! I know it could be worse and probably is for many of you, but maybe I, like Tina, need an EAR! The (Red) Sox are playing the Yankees this weekend and tonight instead of going out with my husband, I am lying in bed trying to stay awake only I am not even watching the game because I can't concentrate on anything by whining....

How a liver flush? Before I did mine, my cravings for sugar were driving me nuts. I never thought I could handle a 5-day raw foods, diet, but I did. Maybe it's something in the Detox Tea, bitter herbs or intestinal forumla, but the cravings went away. I also was able to handle foods that had been off my list for years. Like Concord grape juice. It's not required on the flush, but it's recommended to cover the strong bitter herbs that are part of the program. Got to get them in or the program won't work.

This whole illness is very frustrating. I'm glad I finally took the step of doing a liver flush.

It is frustrating, isn't it??!

I was going to post again and apologize because I do find that raw is the best option for me, but then I run into this problem where it only gets me so far and I feel like shit because my blood sugar drops and I loopy because I am hungry or something. Like at first, it is fine, but if I keep going, I don't feel like I am much better off from eating whatever... I tried a three-day veggie/raw fast (and some nuts and my soy and whey protein shakes) and I am not sure if one has to do with the other, but my blood sugar went down and I didn't get it back something normal for four or five days afterwards... I don't think I know enough about my blood sugar. I was once told I was hypoglycemic, but then read that could only pertain to diabetes, which I was never diagnosed with. I eat constantly, which I don't mind, but I am never full. Oh, the other thing I was going to apologize with before I decided I had said enough was that if I eat in little bits, I don't feel so bad. I never eat a ton at once, but at the same time, the amounts that I can eat with feeling crappy are too small to keep me going even when I eat each hour... Then again, maybe I should try that again. Little bits each hour? As you can see, I am hesitant at this point for a full liver flush, but probably because despite wading through the posts, I don't really feel like I know what to do. I never did get the liver test results from my doc, though I know either you or john g cautioned me on those. She was away and so the results are just sitting waiting for her. I do, I just get frustrated sometimes. So much of the time I feel the frustration and say chin up or try to neutralize it, but tonight, I just want to feel good. I just want to feel good!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WRITING ME BACK AND trying to help me. I am ranting and raving. I usually edit. I think if I did edit. I would just erase the whole and take back the last one! I just need to sleep maybe and try again tomorrow with hopefully more of a constructive wit about me!

Try eating a few almonds...or walnuts if you can handle those...when you feel hypoglycemic. On a side note, I had those feelings and self-tested and even had a doctor test me in the office during one of those times. My blood sugar level wasn't even that low though it was lower normal. Just keep plugging along and you'll find a forward movement happening though it isn't always so noticeable "in the moment". Consider having a chiropractic check...that has helped many folks dealing with candida, allergies, digestive, and etc. issues. :-)

Thanks. I have been thinking the bloos sugar probably just ties into the whole process at this point. I have tried nuts, but not specifically walnuts or almonds, so I will give that a try! I appreciate you taking the time to write. I also have a rec on a chiro that I put off to the side. Perhaps you have given me the idea to try that avenue?! I do need to think outside of the box and do something more than what I am doing right now so as not to get this frustrated! THANKS!

You are VERY welcome and can conquer this! Hope you begin to see light at the end of the tunnel very soon; keep pressing toward the goal with little bumps that are bound to happen along the way as you open the pathways to healing!!! :-)

Thanks again. I think that is what I needed. To get out the bad feelings that I was trying to work through and then to be reminded that it will work out! What is your story, if you don't mnd sharing? On your way or already there??
