Fog Headed
Just wondering how you guys would describe this feeling? And what is causing it?
Some call it brain fog.
To me it feels like I have been druged with a muscle relaxant or something. I think people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome must feel just like this. I'm having a fit of it right now that is why I bring it up. Any sugestions on how to get rid of this feeling????? Its impossible to do anything when I feel like this! And its so frustrating!
yep... sounds familiar...i have CFS but am treating right now for candida...i was doing great on a new diet but havent been super super strict so ive been feeling really tired. also its been rainy where im at for 5 days which is not helping at all. ive been in bed for 3...not good.
the only thing that has helped me was being really strict on the diet (which i did for about 3 weeks)...i felt clear for the first time in years! but after a dessert binge about 2 weeks ago i started going down hill and allowing a small bit of this and that (its hard to have self control)...
now im back to foggy fog depressed tired brains---i hate this feeling - the only thing i can suggest is being really strict with diet...im trying to find my way back there --- really it was the only time ive felt lucid at all in years...
I get it all the time. It's called candida intoxication. It's a chemical reaction that takes place when the candida feeds on sugars. It produces an alcohol by-product that literally intoxicates you in the same way that drinking too much does.
Couldn't this be fron die-off as well?
I have found I usually get the "drugged" feeling when the candida are feeding. With die-off my head starts to clear, although it may make me tired.
Fatigue has been one of my worst problems. I think there are many, many reasons that can contribute to fatigue. I felt so tired at times it feels as though my heart might cease activity, as though a watch just stops ticking. A few days ago I went to the doc, he took my blood pressure and told me it was in normal range - I couldn't believe it. One thing I know though, feeling tired all the time is not right. You should feel perky at the right times and sleepy at the right times. Haven't got there yet , though.
