Nystatin Brain Fog

I was just wondering whether braing fog kicking in heavly had anything to do with me using nystatin for like 10 days...

So my liver is overloaded...

Any suggestion on liver herbs?

Yes, the Nystatin will kill Candida in the gut and dead candida releases a lot of toxins which results in brain fog and fatigue. I would just be sure to drink lots of water and take something to keep the bowels moving fast and throughly. There's a lot herbal formulas for liver and I have tried a few but the only benefit I could detect from them was the laxative effect. I think the liver cleanses will have many times more benefit than any herb you could take but herbs like Milk Thistle, Wild Yam and Barberry are highly recommended by people like Dr. John Christopher.
