Candida Brain Fog
I have been attempting to eliminate my (assumed) candida overgrowth. Every treatment gives me severe brain fog and muscle fatigue.
How long does this go on? Does it have an end? Is there something I can do to make it end sooner?
I have tried several approaches to getting rid of my candida. Each time I get similar brain fog and muscle fatigue. When I stop the treatment I feel a little better for a while but then start sliding backwards.
I have been on Threelac and Oxygen Elem Plus for 4 weeks. (1 pack/day) I was hit with what I decided was a flu near the end of week one. But the only flu symptom was a slight cough that never materialized. The mental and physical fatigue have continued and gotten worse. I suspect that if I stop the 3-lac it will quit, but I want to be well and suspect that the brain fog means the candida is in die-off.
I have been off refined sugar for many years. I also take bee pollen, garlic, calcium, lysine, and blue-green algae.
Does anyone have any experience with how long the brain fog lasts, or what makes it go away?
Fermented vegetables, excercise, baths in epsom salt, alpha stimulator, no starch only vegetables maybe some fruit but of course meat or fish and omega 3 oils ++
Brain fog seems to affect a lot of people here at the candida forum. It seems to bother me most during the winter season.
