Avacados & Sugar

I'm still researching avocados and candida and came across a site that says not to eat any fat, instead eat lots of high sugar vegetables. Supposedly the fat turns to sugar in the blood feeding the candida. If I did this, I would be dead.


These are high in omega-6 oils --- too much to safely be a large part of your diet.


Oh no! I always read they are the "good fat" I eat a ton of them...yikes?


Makes me laugh, not sure about all of that the raw food writers say this in their books and state you must be 100% raw. In the version you are reffering to I think thats the 100% fruit diet, douglas graham is the main guy I think. Anyone I know that has tried it became seriously ill long term with defiencies and issues cause by high sugar
