Maybe Allergy Cure

I have been taking 500 mg. of N-Acetyl Cysteine for three days now and my daily allergies are great! I'm taking only one NutriFeron which is supposed to cure one of allergies but should be taking two to four. I started taking the N-Acetyl Cysteine as Dr. Tietelbaum recommended it. It states it is a valuable precursor for intra cellular glutathione production and assists hepatic detoxification mechanisms. Wow, I can't believe it! My head was always filled up in the afternoon and sometimes as early as noon. It really did not matter where I was or what I was doing. I blamed alot of it on the food allergies. Could this also help with the food allergies? I basically eat the same food everyday and have had no reactions the past three days!!!

Thanks for sharing this info. I want the board to be aware that in many individuals, N-Acetyl Cysteine can actually grow yeast. Please be careful.


Also, make sure you have adequate coenzyme B6 to help convert the cysteine into glutathione.
